PLUS: Rep. Ruwa Romman suspends her Georgia gubernatorial campaign; what are the implications?
Ron sought the aid of Chitra Ragavan, executive advisor and leadership coach to CEOs, founders, and C-suite leaders operating in high-stakes environments, to dissect the many layers in the Trump / US Men’s Hockey Team call. Ragavan is founder of the Positive Instigation Coaching Program, which she created to equip leaders to communicate with precision, exercise judgment under pressure, and lead with moral clarity when every word carries consequence.
In their discussion, Chitra and Ron unpacked what many called a moment of “casual misogyny.” Were the players in an impossible situation? That’s been Ron’s premise all along; does Ragavan concur?
In the second of the show …
… Georgia State Rep. Ruwa Román suspended her campaign, pivoting to a state Senate run. Ron analyzed what it means for the Democratic field after feting Rep. Romman and her immense volunteer army and campaign staff.
Because this is a Trump presidency, otherwise damning DOJ mishandling of FBI testimony tying Trump to an Epstein victim is ‘curiously’ missing and that’s somehow not front page news. Then, there’s (Hillary) Clinton / Epstein dramatics (and clownish antics from Rep. Lauren Boebert) plus a new anti-trans Kansas law that strips that state’s trans residents of their dignity on their driver’s licenses, and don’t think Georgia’s bigoted legislators won’t purse something similar.
“Bigot see, bigot do.”
