Dow closes day in the red, despite September jobs report beating expectations
The U.S. jobs report for September, delayed due to the government shutdown, was released on Thursday. It found that employers added 119,000 jobs in September, more than twice what economists predicted. Despite that, the Dow Jones finished the day in the red. CBS News MoneyWatch correspondent Kelly O’Grady breaks it down.
