Ron Roberts, a native of Grovetown, Georgia (near Augusta), is a 28-year radio veteran who has built a remarkable career across the state. As an experienced FM radio program director with skills in broadcasting, audio editing, voice acting, and commercial production, Ron has demonstrated excellence throughout Georgia’s radio landscape. Today, he channels that expertise into The Ron Show, which airs weekdays 9-10am on AmericaOne Radio and is available on demand at ProgressiveVoices.com. The show has been on the air for over three years, establishing itself as Atlanta’s only progressive audio platform.
Ron covers Atlanta, metro Atlanta, Georgia, and national politics from a refreshingly unique lens—as he puts it, he’s just your “run-of-the-mill Georgia-born gay cat-dad liberal realtor & talk show host”.
